1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email).
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items showing signs of physical damage or misuse
- Opened software or digital products
- Products without original packaging
- Custom-built or specially ordered items
- Items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of sale
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If your return is rejected (due to damage, missing items, etc.), we will notify you and arrange to ship the product back at your cost.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the product and packaging to our support team. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting our support team. If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
